Wednesday, September 26th

• 2:30 pm Quick stop at Mall of America if there's time.
• 4:00 pm Check in to DoubleTree downtown.
• 5:00 pm Newt's North for beers.
• 6:00 pm Newt's North for burgers.
• 7:00 pm Brandon's LTS Brewing Oktoberfest.
• 8:00 pm+ Little Thistle Brewery -- Gene says to try "The Doug". North Star, Redwood Room, Dooley's or other downtown bars? Looks like Boomers is closed? Bear's Den, 3D's in Byron? Daniel's in Kasson? Anyone free to meet up?

Thursday, September 27th

• 9:00 am Breakfast at Cheap Charlie's (biscuits & gravy)
• 10:00 am Sightseeing around Rochester. IBM tour by our friendly yet sassy guide, Laural!
• 11:00 am Dentist appointment at Calcagno Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. Thanks Kimberly!
• 12:30 pm Lunch at Fazoli's.
• 1:30 pm Four Daughters winery. (Alt plan: Douglas Saloon, Tilly's). Laura Ingalls Wilder church?
• 2:30 pm The Hansens.
• 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm Whistle Binkie's South (on the Lake) -- EVERYONE COME SAY HI!! (Vikings vs Rams @ 7:20, please note)
• 8:00 pm+ Wherever!

Friday, September 28th option #1 - Little House on the Prairie

• 9:00 am Check out of hotel. Final goodbyes to Roch! Get on the road!
• 12:00 pm Lunch in Mankato.
• 3:00 pm Laura Ingalls Wilder museum in Walnut Grove.
• 4:00 pm Drive to Sioux City. Stop at Pipestone?
• 6:30 pm Dinner in Sioux City.

Friday, September 28th option #2 - Food (BBQ, Spam, Ice Cream)

• 9:00 am Check out of hotel. Brunch at Pescara or Chester's?
• 10:00 am Final goodbyes to Roch!
• 11:30 am Lunch at John Hardy's.
• 1:00 pm Visit Spam Museum in Austin.
• 5:00 pm Stop at Blue Bunny.
